Ingredients:
2 Cups | Multigrain Flour |
1 Cup | Semolina |
3-4 | Tomatoes |
1 1/2 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Cumin Seeds |
1 tsp | Tumeric Powder |
1 tsp | Chaat Masala |
1 tsp | Black Pepper Powder |
Water | as needed |
Oil | for frying |

Instructions:
Add the multigrain flour and semolina to a large bowl.
Wash and finely grate the tomatoes, then add them to the bowl as well.
3. Add salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and pepper powder.
4. Knead the dough thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld better.
