Instructions:
Cut the Paneer into cubes and fry it in some ghee or oil until it turns golden brown. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies until the onions soften. Then, add cashew nuts, almonds, spices, and tomato puree, mixing everything well.
Puree everything very finely with a blender.
Add the cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and leave to infuse for a few minutes so that they absorb the flavors.
Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with naan or rice.
