Ingredients:

1 bunch kale, finely chopped

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2–3 green chilies, chopped

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala

  • 0.5 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 cup water litt a little bit creme for the taste

Instruction:


  1. Temper Spices: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a few seconds until aromatic.

  2. Cook Aromatics: Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.

  3. Make the Sauce: Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes soften, forming a thick paste.

  4. Add Kale and Potatoes: Stir in the kale and potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly to coat with the spices.

  5. Simmer: Pour in water, cover the pan, and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender and the kale is well-cooked.
